Transient Deposit Procedure

Moorings:

$45.00 per night plus MA state tax= $47.25 per night

$275.00 per week plus MA state tax= $289.00 per week

Dockage:

$3.00 per foot per night (no tax)

A deposit equal to one nights mooring or dockage is payable at the time of reservation via credit card. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance or deposit will not be refunded.

No shows and no calls forfeit their reserved space as well as the entire deposit paid.

Guests are required to check in upon arrival at the SHM office. If arrival time is delayed, and you will be arriving after SHM office closes (4:30pm), notification is required to keep transient reservation.
